Project Summary
Scope To Build were appointed to manage the Make Good & Refurbishment of the property following the end of a 20 year lease. STB managed all facets of the project including appointment of specialist consultants, development of tender documentation, procurement of the works, contract appointment and management of the principal contractor through construction and the liability period.
The project involved the refurbishment of 4,500m2 of Office space, 24,000m2 of Warehousing, installation of a new glazed façade and ACP cladding replacement. It also required the creation of a new End of Trip facility, replacement of the existing Mechanical Plant, compliance upgrades to meet the 2022 National Construction Code and the installation of new smoke clearance fans.

Project Summary
Scope To Build were appointed by Goodman to manage the Make Good, Refurbishment, Tenancy sub-division and warm shell fitout for customers such as BBQ Galore, Baby Bunting, Natuzzi, B2C Furniture and Bedshed. STB managed all design, budget and scope requirements with the Principal Contractor, ensuring that the specific tenancy requirements for each customer were met in each space.
The project also involved the refurbishment of the existing bathroom amenities, the creation of a common mall area with provision for a coffee shop and the installation of a new passenger lift suitable for deliveries to the property.

Project Summary
Scope To Build were referred to Agilyx after successfully managing an internal refurbishment for Cover-More Insurance. Scope To Build tendered the project as a pure Design & Construct and obtained proposals from three preferred Builders. Following a detailed procurement process, STB appointed a principal contractor under a Design & Construct agreement.
STB managed all aspects of the project for Agilyx, always ensuring that their business needs, budget and risk was successfully communicated and managed. The project itself involved the fitout of 600m2 of office and included an innovative reception and boardroom, a collaborative kitchen / breakout, management offices and an open plan workstation area.

Project Summary
Scope To Build were responsible for the Design & Construction of NEXA Group's new tenancy fitout at Bondi Junction. The project included the creation of a new workplace with open plan desking, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and a modern kitchen breakout. The project was completed over an 8 week period with 3 weeks for design and 5 weeks for construction. As the principal contractor Scope To Build managed all facets of the construction and site management. We also managed all compliance and statutory certification for our client.

Project Summary
Scope To Build worked with Insight to complete the internal refurbishment of their existing Workstations, Kitchen Breakout and Bathrooms Amenities at Brookvale. The project was completed on a conservative budget and a challenging construction programme. It included the demolition of 120 existing workstations and installation of 100 new Workstations over two weekends without any interruption to Insight's business operations. Some other key features of the refurbishment included the creation of new Collaborative Zones and Quiet Rooms.

Project Summary
Scope To Build successfully completed the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing office space at Macquarie Park for QAD Australia. Whilst the space had some existing built environment, Scope To Build modified the internal Fitout to suit the specific business requirements for QAD. The project works included the creation of additional Quiet Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Offices, Workstations and a Dry Kitchen / Breakout. Scope To Build were able to deliver all requirements on time and budget, whilst also managing the global interests of the business.
